Samsung again is trying to set a new trend in the tablet industry with the introduction of Samsung galaxy view. The world’s biggest screen tablet on the world today as of this writing. It sports a new 18.4 inch display with full HD resolution. Samsung first revolutionize the mobile phone industry by introducing bigger screen smartphone which the call a “phablet” which is a hybrid of phone and a tablet.

Now they are introducing a bigger screen tablet which is a bit add considering tablet are made for portability. Samsung claims that this is mainly for home use for watching movie anywhere in the house. Well, that make sense now.

It weights 2.65kg which is quite heavy but for a tablet and TV hybrid, that’s still fine. Inside of the device a Samsung Exynos 7580 chipset with 1.6GHz octa-core CPU and 2GB of RAM. It is running on Android 5.1 operating system. It has  5700mAh battery which is according to samsung can last up to 8hrs of continous video playback. It has a loud 4W x speaker, good enough for watching movie in a small group. With its powerful speakers, I doubt the battery can last 4hrs with the volume turned up.
